In traditional Chinese Medicine, Yang is warmth, activity, movement & vitality. When yang is deficient there may be signs such as low back ache around the menses, low energy, low libido, low temperature after ovulation or slow growth of the embryo.

YANG TONIC QUINOA SOUP
10 GRAMS (2 TSP) RED GINSENG ROOT
1 CUP SPROUTED QUINOA
4 POTATOES
5 CUPS LAMB BONE BROTH
5 GRAMS (1 TSP) CORDYCEPS MUSHROOM CARROTS
RED PEPPER
CHILI PEPPER
GINGER ONIONS GARLIC
GOAT BUTTER
COOK GINSENG IN LAMB BONE BROTH 40 MINUTES
SAUTE ONIONS AND GARLIC IN GOAT BUTTER, ADD POTATOES, SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN
REMOVE GINSENG FROM BROTH
ADD QUINOA, CORDYCEPS, POTATOES COOK FOR 20 MINUTES
ADD CARROTS, RED PEPPER, CHILI PEPPER AND GINGER. COOK FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES
